| "The Diaper People" |

 | Diapers will arrive on your doorstep in a white recycled plastic bag. |
| Put the fresh diapers in the nursery. |
| Use the bag to line the diaper hamper. |
| Put the deodorizer puck into the lid compartment of the hamper. |
| Take soiled diapers off baby and toss them
into the bag/hamper. (Do not rinse, soak or shake - our washers are state-of-art and do all the flushing). |
| The following week, on the morning of your
delivery day, tie a knot in the bag of soiled diapers and fill out the label on the bag. (we need to know how many clean diapers & soakers you have left in your home). |
| Place the bag on your doorstep for exchange. |

A consultant will ask you what style, size and number of diapers you would like.
If you call about a month before your due date, we will deliver a "prebirth"
(35 diapers at no charge) to your home about one week before the baby is due. Any
other items you need will be delivered at that time. We then wait for your call to say the
baby is born, at which time your regular service and billing begins.
