
Important:
Diapers are charged to you, based on
the number of diapers in your possession and out of our inventory for
a given week. Our service is to be considered a weekly rental on a pre-booked number of diapers, decided
by you, the customer.
Procedures:
We provide a "delivery" once a week, of clean diapers, based upon the amount of your booking, and at the
same time we will "pick-up" the soiled diapers in your possession. This
"delivery" will be the same in number, size and style as the previous
week, unless you call our office to make a change.
1. Take the clean
diapers out of the white bag they came in.
2. Line your
hamper with the white bag.

Soiled diapers off baby into the white bag/hamper. Please, only put our cloth diapers into the white
bag. (NO toys, disposable diapers, Q Tips, deodorizers, etc.) Also, do not wrap soiled diapers
in small plastic bags.

On the day of your service, tie a knot in the soiled bag, fill out the label on the bag and place it on
your doorstep.
Notes:
1. The LABEL on our bags is very important. We require that you record onto this label, the number of
clean diapers you have on hand. The amount of clean diapers that will be left with you on your delivery
will equal the difference between what you booked, and the amount you have written on the label.
2. If you are receiving "soakers", count the number of clean in your home and record on the label,
as you do for the diapers in item #2.
3. Returned diapers are counted at our plant. This count is recorded in our computer and variances
calculated. You will be contacted regarding any monthly shortfalls.
4. DO NOT wash, rinse, or soak our diapers, as they can be destroyed by some chemicals.
DO NOT allow your children to handle the deodorizer.
5. Any missing or destroyed diapers could be charged to you at $7.00 each for replacement.
6. Please do not hesitate to call our office with any changes you may have regarding your next delivery.
This includes the amount of diapers required, any size changes, style changes or if you are going
on vacation.
7. Regarding vacation time, we will only give credit as long as you have no diapers in your possession.
If you still have diapers in your possession, we will have to continue to charge you for those
weeks, as our inventory is tied up.
8. On your delivery day, we ask that the bag of soiled diapers be placed outside by 8:am. If your diapers
are not outside the driver will knock and then ring your doorbell. If we are unable to contact you,
the driver will NOT leave clean diapers.
9. Once a missed delivery has taken place, you need to call our office immediately. The van could still be
in your area. If not, there are 2 options: a) You may come into our office and exchange the diapers
yourself. b) We may be able to do an extra trip to your home for a cost of $10.00 at a later date.
10. Payment will be taken off your credit card at the beginning of the 4 week invoice period. You will
receive the invoice & credit card receipt in your mail box or bag of clean diapers.
a) If paying by
cheque, attach payment (in an envelope) to the bag of soiled the following week.
b) If paying by
cash, please ensure that you obtain a written receipt from the driver as proof of your payment.
11. Service can be cancelled by phoning our office. The cancellation date should be at the end of a billing
period. Any credits remaining must be used from our Baby Shop. On your last pick up, please put out
ALL diapers and soakers.

Common Q & A's
When should I change the size of the diaper for my Baby?
AS your baby grows, you will find a size-of-diaper change will be required. We,
at Rock-A-Dry Baby Diaper Service, have 5 sizes of diapers, from preemie to
toddler. The diapers fit approximately as follows:
Preemie - 4 to 6 lbs;
Small - 6 to 10 lbs;
Medium - 10 to 15 lbs;
Large - 15 to 22 lbs; XLarge - 22 to 35 lbs
As every baby is different, the best guide is when
the diaper fits snug or is on the
last snap .... it's time for the next size.
What should I do if I forgot to put out my
soiled diapers?
Our drivers will leave you a notice, if possible, indicating the time they were there.
You should call our office immediately, as the van might still be in your area.
If not, you can exchange diapers at our Edmonton office or we may be able to do
an extra trip to your home at a later date for a cost of $10.00. You are still
charged for the week because you have our diapers (soiled or clean) in your home.
What should I do when I go on vacation?
As soon as you know the dates of your vacation call our office. Credit will be given
for the weeks you are on vacation, IF we are notified before-hand and you return
all our diapers (clean & soiled).
